Duties may include: Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities. Measure, mark, or record openings or distances to layout areas where construction work will be performed. Load, unload building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications. Position, join, align, or seal structural components, such as concrete wall sections or pipes. Erect or dismantle scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic barricades, ramps, or other temporary structures. Provide assistance to craft workers, such as carpenters, plasterers, or masons. Spray materials, such as water, sand, steam, vinyl, paint, or stucco, through hoses to clean, coat, or seal surfaces. Mop, brush, or spread paints, cleaning solutions, or other compounds over surfaces to clean them or to provide protection. Raze buildings or salvage useful materials. Perform mowing/weed eating and snow removal as needed in order to keep job site accessible. Keep shop and work areas clean. Lubricate, clean, or repair machinery, equipment, or tools & other related Construction Laborer activities as per SOC/OES 47-2061 (onetonline.org). Possible weekend/holiday work. The employer may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than the published minimum wage rate. See attached Addendum C.

Static strength; exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, unload, carry objects up to 70lbs (possible 2-person); may climb, walk, stand, reach, balance, sit, stoop, bend, squat, wash, clean: equip, grounds, area.
